Is there a minimum Order Quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity or spend for dropship orders.
How do I start Dropshipping with LOVETOY?

Do I need to buy stock upfront?
No, with dropshipping, you only place the order from us once you receive an order from a customer.
How are products priced?
We will offer you a price list with MSRP & price range, for which we have run thorough marketing research.
How does shipping work?
We handle all the shipping and logistics. Once an order is placed, we'll pack it according to our Shipping Policy and send it directly to your customer.
Can I use your product images and descriptions?
Yes, once you're registered as a dropshipper with us, you'll have access to all our product images and descriptions.
How are returns handled?
For product returns, refer to our Return Policy. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will coordinate with you for any return and refund processes.
Do you provide tracking information?
Absolutely. Once a product is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number which can be shared with your customers. And you can always track the orders underneath our homepage at "Track Orders"
How can I pay for my purchase?
We offer two secure and convenient payment methods for our customers: PayPal and Account Balance.
PayPal:
Security: PayPal protects your personal financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
Versatility: Whether you have a PayPal account or not, you can make payments using a credit card, debit card, or e-check. All transactions will be secured by PayPal's payment protection features.
Buyer Protection: With PayPal Buyer Protection, your purchases are risk-free and secure, ensuring peace of mind from checkout to delivery.
Note: Registration is not mandatory to make payments via PayPal. PayPal accepts credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks directly.
Account Balance:
Convenience: If you have funds deposited in your account balance, you can choose this option for a quicker checkout process.
Recommended for Bulk Orders: If your monthly orders exceed 500USD, it is advised to deposit 500USD or more at once via WIRE TRANSFER. This allows you to save on transaction fees that you would incur when using PayPal.
Automatic Deductions: Each order will be automatically deducted from your deposited amount. An invoice will be emailed to you for every transaction.
Reminders: You will receive email reminders to top up your account balance when necessary.
Both payment methods are designed to offer you flexibility and security. Choose the one that best suits your needs.

Do you drop ship to other countries?
No, we only offer dropshipping service to the U.S.A. at the moment.
