When will my order arrive?

Our products are shipped directly from California for any order you place with us.
Orders under $5,000 are shipped within 1–3 business days. For orders over $5,000, please allow around 3-5 business days for processing.
Rest assured that we ensure fast and safe delivery for every order you place.
Your sales representative will confirm the exact shipping time to you via email. Here, we are only providing an approximate average time.

If you need your own freight forwarder to pick up the goods, you can inform the sales representative in advance via email

 We are currently expediting the stock of more products to our California warehouse. We believe there will be more products available soon.

While there's no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for individual items, we strongly recommend ordering by the inner case quantity of each master carton, which you can find on our product page. if you have problems doing that for your first order. It's ok.

You don't need to make a payment at this moment. Once we receive your order, our sales representative will reach out to you via email to confirm the shipping method, delivery time, payment details, and provide the final invoice for payment.

To ensure smooth processing and proper record-keeping, we also require a copy of your Resale Certificate if you are our new customer. This helps us verify your status as a reseller for our records. Feel free to email it to your sales representative!
